The link contains your order reference and a secure token. We use that instead of a public search box so nobody else can look up your order.

Find your order status
Open the private order link from checkout or your confirmation email. That page shows the real status we have for your payment, warehouse or supplier, shipment and carrier tracking.

The order page changes based on the order data: payment received, preparing at our warehouse or supplier, shipped, delivered, or needs review.

Contact Nordic White Strips and include the email address used for the purchase. We can resend the correct order link.
